Simon Griffin - Head of Strategy and Growth for OzForex Group

Simon joined OzForex in 2009 as Head of Strategy and Growth. Based in Sydney he is responsible for leading the identification and implementation of strategic growth opportunities across the OzForex Group.

Prior to joining OzForex, Simon worked in Macquarie Group's internal Business Improvement and Strategy consulting team working on a variety of growth and process improvement initiatives in both central functions and market facing business units.

Simon brings over 12 years of consulting and delivery experience to his role from a career that includes two separate periods as a management consultant broken by 4 years undertaking increasingly senior roles in strategy, marketing and product development for leading telecommunications provider, Vodafone.

 

 

 

Tom Rundle – Chief Executive Officer for CanadianForex Limited

Tom joined OzForex in 2010 as the CEO of OzForex's Canadian operations from a business and strategy consulting role within Macquarie Group. He brings with him extensive experience in business strategy and growth, change management, performance improvement, compliance and risk management. At Macquarie Group Tom managed multiple improvement initiatives across various business units and central functions.

Prior to joining Macquarie Group, Tom had over 10 years experience in strategy and management consulting for PA Consulting Group and other consulting businesses based in Sydney, Australia and London, UK. Projects covered a wide range of public and private sectors in addition to his experience in financial services.
